Town of Mount-Royal led a public consultation during several months to poll public opinion concerning Rockland PPU. Following the chat consultation that took place in November 2020,  a Q&A was made available online by the town. Then, comments could be submitted until January 15th 2021. Those are now made public.

As part of this public consultation, the APMR gave its comments and recommendations in this document.
