As part of the various steps taken to raise community awareness of the need for a new school, APMR representatives went to the city council meeting on September 20 to remind city councilors and the mayor of this issue. The mayor reiterated his commitment to this project and a motion was unanimously adopted by the council to continue the process with the ministry and the school board to ensure the realization of the French-language school.
