Due to the closure of the Mi-Chemin preschool, which had been under the responsibility of the APMR for over 40 years, the APMR took this opportunity to redefine its purpose and thus further clarify its role in the community. The APMR’s vocation as a non-profit, apolitical parents’ association has not changed. However, the APMR wishes to focus its activities and services more on Mont-Royal families with children and to have as its primary mission the creation of a Mont-Royal parent-child community. Thus, the APMR does not claim to be a citizens’ association but rather an organization dedicated to the well-being of Mont-Royal families. Our vision is to succeed in building links between families through the values of mutual aid, support and exchange. We are committed to community life in the neighbourhood and will do everything possible to offer you a variety of services and activities in complete safety throughout the year.
